New functionalities enable Aliaxis to lift the HR function to the next level of maturity.

The transformation journey for Aliaxis began in 2019 with the introduction of Workday Human Capital Management, Workday Advanced Compensation, and Workday Talent and Performance Management. The company is now building on the successful deployment of the system and has introduced additional Workday functionalities.
