Employee Belonging Councils

With Employee Belonging Councils (EBCs), employees from underrepresented communities come together to design, develop, and support diversity programs throughout Workday. EBCs provide a safe space for collaboration, creativity, and innovation.


Career Accelerator Program.

Workday supports veterans as they transition from military to civilian careers. Through our Career Accelerator Program (CAP), we aim to break the barriers to employment that veterans face and help them achieve meaningful careers. What’s more, by providing veterans with the opportunity to bring their wealth of real-world experience to the workplace, we benefit from their fresh perspectives and leadership skills.
