Here’s an example; language should focus on objective outcomes such as, "Responsible for increasing sales pipeline by 15%," rather than subjective language such as, "Needs to be a sales rockstar." This ensures JDs become a fairer measure of potential.
By using AI to create equitable, skills-focused descriptions, TA practitioners are proactively attracting the diverse talent needed to drive innovation.
