With more than 8,000 team members across 9 countries and a retail network of over 350 stores, Maisons du Monde has grown rapidly over the past 20 years. While its brand identity and business success were well established, the company faced a challenge: aligning HR processes across different geographies while continuing to support engagement, development, and recruitment at scale.

By 2021, a new HR leadership team was in place to reshape Maisons du Monde’s HR strategy, ensuring a more structured and unified approach.
