Executive Vice President of Customer Operations
Jim Bozzini is executive vice president of customer operations at Workday and oversees global customer operations including professional services and education.
Prior to joining Workday in 2007, Jim was chief operating officer at Evolve Software where he was responsible for sales, marketing, product development, and services. Before Evolve, Jim held various management and senior management positions at PeopleSoft. During his eight years at PeopleSoft, Jim launched the company’s European operations, created the professional services organization, and was ultimately responsible for approximately one third of the company’s total revenue. Jim began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, Chico.
