Challenges.

Choice Hotels is a leader in the hospitality industry thanks to its focus on providing its franchises with the most innovative technologies. This focus on technology, however, revealed pain points with its on-premise manual HR systems that were inefficient and fraught with error. Massive IT resources were required for support, preventing HR from being an integral partner to the business.
