Dr. Liz Pavese is the Workplace Psychologist at Workday. She’s responsible for driving behavioral science and measurement across Workday's talent suite – serving as the internal expert, collaborating on product strategy, and bridging cutting-edge people science to real-world outcomes through thought leadership, field advisory, and strategic customer engagements.
Before joining Workday, Liz was Director of Behavioral Science at CoachHub, Sr. Director, EX Product Strategist & Advisory, and Head of EX Advisory for Qualtrics, where she established and led global advisory teams to support strategic customer engagements, partnered on product strategy, and guided feature development. Liz also served as Director of Organizational Development at Healthfirst, where she led the design of internal organizational and talent solutions rooted in evidence-based practice. Her earlier career was spent at multiple consulting firms, designing and developing talent solutions across Fortune 500 customers.
Her thought leadership has been featured in SHRM, HRD Connect, HR.com, Training Industry, among others—and she is a contributing author to The Coaching Buyer’s Handbook and The Ethical Coaches Handbook.
Liz earned her doctorate and master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo. She is also an ACC credentialed executive coach through the International Coaching Federation.
