Josh is a workforce strategist with a focus on the future of frontline work. He is currently Head of Marketing at Paradox (a Workday company), where he helps businesses reimagine how work gets done with AI - so people can spend more time with people, not software.
Before joining Workday, Josh was Head of Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Strategy at McDonald’s, supporting the hiring of 2M+ people per year and co-creating next-generation hiring technologies — including the world’s first conversational AI applicant tracking system. He also spent 13 years at Abercrombie and Fitch, leading global talent acquisition, culture, and philanthropy teams.
Josh serves on the Board of Directors of the National Restaurant Association, National Retail Federation Foundation, Arizona Restaurant Association, and the International Luxury Hotel Association and is a frequent speaker on the future of work, frontline talent, and HR technology. Josh graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Yale University.
