With more than 25 years of experience in finance, procurement and service delivery transformation, he oversees finance research, competitive analysis and benchmarking. Mr. DeGraw has a background in corporate management and consulting, focusing on back-office finance and customer-facing processes. His previous work with The Hackett Group includes managing finance and procurement benchmark projects for various clients.
