Coveo can now automate manual tasks, reduce headcount, and redirect resources to higher-value activities. “We were able to reduce by two times the number of headcount we had in finance,” Maxwell explains. This enabled Coveo to “do things faster” and have more time for data analysis and value-added tasks.
