ERPA is a global professional services firm that helps organizations worldwide modernize their operations. As the company grew, managing multiple business lines across different geographies became increasingly complex due to a patchwork of disconnected platforms.
To overcome these silos, ERPA consolidated its operations onto Workday. This created a single system of record that brought every business unit together, provided leadership with real-time visibility, and established a unified foundation for the AI-driven innovation needed to lead in the future of work.
With Workday time tracking, we’ve achieved a more than 30% improvement in invoicing accuracy, giving clients granular visibility into their spend and earning ERPA the trust that comes with it.

One platform, smarter operations, and a launchpad for AI.
Since consolidating on Workday in 2019, ERPA has transformed the way it runs its business. By bringing all of its diverse business units into a single unified platform, the company seamlessly manages HR, finance, and payroll with an incredibly lean team. This centralized approach has allowed ERPA to scale its operations dramatically without needing to scale its administrative headcount at the same rate.
Time tracking is now seamlessly integrated into the financial system. Consultants across multiple hemispheres log their hours in Workday, while engagement managers validate and approve them in real time. This frictionless workflow allows invoices to be generated with unprecedented speed and accuracy, providing clients with granular visibility into their spend and strengthening ERPA’s position as a deeply trusted partner.
"It builds trust with the client, knowing that they can holistically look at time that's been billed for the work that we've done in a more granular focus," said Rio Ramon, Director of Integrations at ERPA.
But the platform isn't just running ERPA's business today, it's building the foundation for what comes next. Javier Sanchez, Vice President of Sales Ops has made AI transformation a central mission: "It's not just building tools that are going to make our customers successful, it's also building tools that actually establish what the new Workday consultant looks like tomorrow. AI transformation is about making the consultant’s job more strategic and more thoughtful moving forward."
ERPA's big goal is clear. As Sanchez puts it, the company is working "to transform ERPA into an AI platform company with our employees every bit part of that journey as our customers are."
Our goal right now is to transform ERPA into an AI platform company with our employees every bit a part of that journey as our customers are.

Unified operations across every business unit.
Before Workday, ERPA's business units each ran on different platforms, making it nearly impossible to get a coherent view of the organization's financial health. Once on Workday, everything changed. Finance, payroll, HR, and time tracking came together in one place, allowing leadership to make faster, smarter decisions.
Consolidating these disparate functions onto Workday provided the immediate operational efficiency needed to support ERPA’s lean team structure.
"Our small staff is now spending less time doing the daily churn and more time being a strategic partner to executive leadership," said Sanchez.
With Workday GO, our finance, HR, and payroll are united into a single source of truth, driving faster and smarter decisions.

Extending Workday to forecast further ahead.
ERPA uses Workday Extend internally, building on the platform's standard three-month forecasting capability to project up to three years out in order to align with the length of their typical client contracts. "We use Workday Extend as a forecasting tool to help us better forecast our current customer projects, and tighten up our own internal financing," says Sanchez.
The firm has built a student attendance tracking application on Workday Build that now serves university clients across the education sector. And as the Extend library grows, so does ERPA's credibility. As Ramon puts it: "Having a library of Extend applications allows us to have more concrete conversations with clients that prove we are not only providing the best professional services for them, but also have experience delivering these types of solutions for them."
By consolidating its operations and leveraging the full potential of Workday, ERPA has moved beyond simple modernization to become a true partner in its clients' success. With a unified platform, deeper forecasting, and a clear vision for AI-driven service, ERPA is not only keeping pace with the industry, it is defining the future of work for its employees and its clients alike.
