VNDLY Cookie Notice
Last updated: July 28, 2025
This Cookie Notice explains how Workday, Inc. and its affiliates (“Workday”, “we,” “us,” and “ours”) use cookies and similar technologies (collectively, “Cookies”) to recognise you when you visit your VNDLY tenant on the VNDLY application (“Platform”) located at <tenant_name>.vndly.com. It explains what Cookie technologies are and why we use them, as well as your rights to control our use of them.
What are Cookies?
Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website, mobile application or other digital properties. Digital property owners can use Cookies for a variety of reasons, such as enabling their digital properties to work (or work more efficiently), providing personalised content and advertising and creating analytics. Cookies set by the digital property owner (in this case, Workday) are called “first-party Cookies.” Only the digital property owner can access the information provided by first-party Cookies. Cookies set by parties other than the digital property owner are called “third-party Cookies.”
Third-party Cookies enable third-party features or functionality to be provided on or through the digital property (such as advertising, interactive content and social sharing). The parties that set these third-party Cookies can recognise your device both when it visits the digital property in question and also when it visits other digital properties that have partnered with them.
Why do we use Cookies?
When you access the Platform, we use several types of first-party Cookies to deliver the service. “Essential Cookies” are required for technical reasons that are strictly necessary for our Platform to operate. Performance cookies are optionally used to collect usage information to help us better understand the end user’s experience and thereby improve the product. We use both session-based and persistent Cookies on our websites. Session-based Cookies exist only during a single session and disappear from your device when you close your browser or turn off the device. Persistent Cookies remain on your device after you close your browser or turn your device off and will remain for the specified duration.
Details on the specific Cookies, their purpose, and persistence are also provided below:
