Sharon Ellerker

Sharon Ellerker joined Workday in 2022 and oversees the People & Purpose function in the Asia Pacific & Japan and EMEA regions. She previously spent 13 years at HP in a variety of global, regional and country HR leadership roles, including three years as Global People Leader for all global functions.

Sharon is based in London and holds a Bachelor’s degree in French and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Sharon is married with two sons and enjoys spending time with family and friends, keeping fit, good food and wine, and travelling.
