Automated absence management in Workday laid the foundation for the development of HR Connect; Unum now provides HR Connect services for more than 110 mutual customers using the service and another 70 currently implementing streamlined processes such as Absence, Evidence of Insurance (EOI), Billing, and Enrollment.
