BHF consolidated over 4 HR and payroll systems and corporate applications, and delivered new functionality and an expanded capability set. Key benefits include improved data security, always-on audit, and real-time processing.
BHF has automated its payroll processes and eliminated external payroll bureau spend and manual posting of pay slips. As well, BHF has significantly reduced transactional HR administration via automation and configurable workflows, which has led to a significant reduction in HR reporting time.
BHF rolled out self-service and e-learning to its employees, which has especially benefited employees in retail stores where they can now manage time off, access pay slips, and undertake digital learning via an intuitive mobile interface. Employees also enjoy digitally supported onboarding, performance management, and time-tracking.
