Max Wessel

Max currently serves as the SVP Product for Workday, where he’s responsible for product vision, strategy and execution across Workday’s applications portfolio.
 

Previously, Max was the CEO of Degreed and an Executive Vice President at SAP. In his two decades in enterprise software he has led teams across product development, sales, strategy and finance. Max writes and teaches on the subjects of strategy and product development, having spent eight years as a member of academic staff at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. In addition to his role at Workday, Max is a Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners. Max holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Northwestern University.
