Dogs @ Workday

Dogs are welcome in the Workday offices in Pleasanton, Salt Lake City, and Victoria. Every year, we host a Bring Your Dog to Workday party in our Pleasanton offices.

Cocktail Fridays.

Sponsored by individual teams and open to all employees, Cocktail Fridays are a way to unwind, celebrate accomplishments, and promote new ideas. Employees are able to build relationships in a relaxed, casual setting.

Fitness and yoga.

Workday will reimburse employees a portion of eligible fitness expenses. In Pleasanton, we also offer weekly at-work yoga classes.

Workday grants involve significant dollars, potential multiyear commitments, employee involvement, and tight collaboration with grantees.

Giving and Doing program. 

Workday employees around the globe run, walk, ride, paddle, mentor, advise, feed, read, develop, serve on boards, and even grow mustaches for favorite causes.

To further encourage philanthropy, Workday matches employees’ charitable donations to qualified organizations up to $1,000 per year. The Workday Giving and Doing program provides $500 grants to organizations where our employees have volunteered 25 hours of their personal time.

 

Community impact.

Workday encourages employees to volunteer. By doing so, we help organizations that are doing amazing things in our local and global communities to have an even greater impact.
