What is Executive Symposium?

Executive Symposium at Workday Rising is an exclusive event designed for executives who are pursuing innovation and growth in today’s ever-changing world.

This is an invitation-only event. If you’d like to attend, please register here

We are aware that your organization may have certain guidelines regarding business hospitality. Please let us know if you are unable to participate in this or similar events.

Executive Symposium takes place on Tuesday, September 26, and Wednesday, September 27. This year, with your Executive Symposium registration, you can also stay for the entire Workday Rising conference at no additional cost. Workday Rising runs through Friday, September 29.

What is Workday Rising?

Workday Rising is the annual gathering of our community, including current customers, prospective customers, employees, sponsoring partners, and more.

This year, with your Executive Symposium registration, you can also stay for the entire Workday Rising conference at no additional cost. Workday Rising runs through Friday, September 29. Visit the Workday Rising website to view the full agenda.

At Workday Rising, we showcase our customers’ success and highlight the latest use cases for our newest products and features, as well as how we’re helping organizations everywhere lead in the future. You won’t find innovation like this anywhere else.

If you've registered for Workday Rising, you can view the Workday Rising catalog here. Once Workday Rising registration opens, you will receive an email to sign up for sessions in the Workday Rising Attendee Portal.

The dress code is business casual. While we do our best to control the temperature in conference rooms, we recommend that you bring a removable layer for your comfort.

When is the deadline to register for Executive Symposium?

Please register here as soon as possible. Space is extremely limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes. Please register with your business email address and use the password Workday23* to access the registration form. You can update your password after you log in.

We collect general contact information, as well as travel information and accommodations requests, so we can make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Major airlines provide air travel into San Francisco International Airport (SFO), which is approximately 13 miles from Moscone Center; Oakland International Airport (OAK), which is approximately 18 miles from Moscone Center; and San Jose International Airport (SJC), which is approximately 46 miles from Moscone Center. Cancelation or change of travel reservations are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
