Darren Koch is a product executive dedicated to building the technology that helps organisations thrive in a changing world. As Vice President and General Manager of Workday GO, Darren leads the delivery of market-specific innovation, ensuring Workday’s unified platform meets the unique needs of every customer segment.

A seasoned leader with a deep history in AI, Darren has been operationalising machine learning for over a decade—from building large-scale AI systems at Expedia to launching the first AI-driven products at Duetto. Today, he leverages this expertise to advance Workday’s intelligent platform, creating seamless, AI-enhanced experiences that drive real business value.

Armed with a Computer Science degree, Pei Woan was passionate about coding and planning to settle in a programming role upon graduation. Her first job landed her in the HR world at a large conglomerate and since then, she has never looked back. For almost 20 years, Pei Woan built her career deep in the discipline of HR and Technology recommending and managing transformation projects across organisations. 

Pei Woan currently manages a team of solution consultants at Workday for Asia. She constantly sets internal benchmarks in employee engagement that includes employee health, well-being and diversity. As part of her leadership portfolio, she also chairs the Field Innovation Champions team for Customer Experience across Asia Pacific.

With over 25 years of experience driving innovation at the intersection of technology and human capital, Katy currently serves as the Vice President of Product Marketing at Workday. Over her decade-long tenure, she has been instrumental in scaling Workday’s portfolio from five core products to nearly thirty, specifically leading the strategy for the Office of the CHRO.

A specialist in high-growth transitions, she has successfully integrated pivotal acquisitions—including RallyTeam, Peakon, HiredScore, and Paradox—and spearheaded the launch of transformative solutions like Workday AI Agents for HR, Learning, and Talent Optimisation. Her career is anchored by global leadership roles at Castlight Health, Oracle, and British Telecom, providing her with a deep perspective on the enterprise technology landscape.

Paul Abeton is a Principal Product Manager in Workday’s Office of the CFO (oCFO) Strategy team, where he helps shape the vision and roadmap for Workday’s finance solutions. A qualified accountant with nearly 10 years at Workday, he combines product and finance expertise to help organisations modernise how their finance teams operate. Drawing on prior roles implementing ERP systems and leading finance teams, Paul brings a practical perspective on how modern cloud technology, real-time data, and AI-enabled processes can strengthen control, improve insight, and enable more agile finance operations.

Luke is a commercially focused finance leader with deep expertise in finance strategy, transformation, and operational execution. He has led multi-country finance programmes, built high-performing teams, and driven efficiency and growth through technology, AI, automation, and process optimisation.

With a background spanning audit, finance leadership, and large-scale transformation, Luke has worked across banking, investment management, media and SaaS, helping organisations simplify complexity and adapt to change. He understands both the operational and strategic sides of finance, combining hands-on leadership with a vision for the future of the CFO function.

Shan Moorthy is the Chief Technology Officer for APAC at Workday. Shan has led technology and data functions as a senior IT executive, CTO and CDO with grand success in key enterprises across ANZ and APAC, achieving digital revolutions within the media, retail, banking, and telecommunications industries by retiring sprawling, monolithic ERP, HCM, CRM, and data systems and replacing them with modern, cloud platforms. Based in Melbourne, Australia, Shan loves combining deep technical knowledge of Software Engineering, Data and AI, with business strategy and commercial acumen. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family and is a mechanic, tinkerer, and hacker on classic cars, home automation, hydroponics, and other electronics which are in a constant state of iterative improvement.

A seasoned technologist with over two decades of experience at the intersection of innovation and enterprise growth, Sanjay currently serves as the Regional Sales Director – Center of Excellence at Workday. In this role, he leads the strategic integration and deployment of Workday’s cutting-edge AI acquisitions, specialising in the evolution of talent intelligence, automated contract management, and custom built platforms.

Sanjay is dedicated to helping organisations navigate the shift from legacy systems to AI-driven ecosystems. By bridging the gap between sophisticated technical architecture and real-world business outcomes, he empowers companies to harness AI not just as a tool, but as a core driver of talent optimisation and operational agility.

Yeji Kim is the Head of Consulting, Growth Markets at Workday, where she leads strategic initiatives to drive business expansion and digital transformation. With over a decade of experience in consulting and technology, she specialises in finance transformation and operational efficiency.

Yeji is an expert at identifying process bottlenecks and modernising reporting workflows for global organisations. Before joining Workday, she held leadership roles in solution engineering and consulting across South East Asia. Known for bridging the gap between technical innovation and business goals, Yeji empowers companies to navigate complex markets with integrated, data-driven strategies.

By combining deep product knowledge with a pragmatic, outcome-driven approach, Chariya helps customers modernise experiences for employees and managers, automate manual processes and lay the groundwork for scalable AI solutions.

Jiten Khemlani is a Product Specialist focused on Workday Build — including Workday Extend, Sana Agent Builder and Data Cloud. He partners with organisations across Asia to help them unlock the full potential of the Workday platform by identifying use-cases for low-code/no-code applications, custom agents and connecting with their external data warehouses with zero-copy data. With his expertise across the Workday eco-system, including being with a partner and customer, Jiten works closely with customers, prospects and internal teams to drive adoption, accelerate time-to-value, and build scalable solutions that evolve with the business.

Eunice Lim is Director, Corporate Affairs for Workday in Asia Pacific and Japan, a leading provider of enterprise cloud services delivering financial management, human capital management, and analytics applications. In this role, Eunice is responsible for managing Workday’s engagement with policy makers in the region, driving Workday’s corporate and digital policy agenda in data protection, cybersecurity, AI, and skills development, as well as building program initiatives for Workday’s public sector businesses in various APAC markets.

Dominic is a veteran presales leader with over 30 years of experience, including 13 years at the forefront of Workday solutions. Renowned for his consultative approach and regional success, he brings a unique "endurance mindset" to the boardroom—a grit forged through 10 full marathons and maintained today through a rigorous daily ritual of weighted-vest walking and swimming. This commitment to preparation defines his approach to every complex RFP.
