Ready to create the future of work, together? Your new work day starts here. The deadline for submissions is 21 April 2026, and all entries must be submitted in English.
The judging criteria
Here’s how the award submissions will be assessed. Customers must be using one or more Workday products that are live and in production.
Innovative problem-solving
Recognising customers who leveraged Workday in unique and unexpected ways to solve business challenges or achieve specific goals.
Drive meaningful change
Organisations that utilise Workday to drive significant improvements in business processes, employee experience or overall organisational performance, setting an example for others.
Influence industry trends
Pioneers who embraced new technologies and approaches. Their innovative use of Workday inspired other organisations and set a new standard of excellence within their sector.
Get excited for the prizes
Your exceptional accomplishments deserve to be awarded.
Award recognition

- Submissions are open now! Don't miss this opportunity to showcase your success.
- Winners will be announced at a special ceremony during Workday Elevate Singapore on 21 May 2026. Join us to celebrate the achievements of our amazing customers.
Any Workday customer that is live, and using one or more Workday product(s).
Partners involved in the implementation can be highlighted in the submission.
Workday partners that are using a Workday product within their own organisation can also submit an entry and are considered a Workday customer within this awards program.
Workmates can also nominate their customers.
Yes, Workday partners and third parties can submit an entry – but they must confirm in their entry form that they have permission from the customer to participate in the awards program.
We are accepting nominations from all countries within Asia Pacific & Japan.
One winner will be chosen at each participating Workday Elevate Event city: Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan.
All entries will be collated, eligibility verified and reviewed by a judging panel consisting of Workday experts. The judging panel will review the nominations to select winners using predetermined criteria and scoring metrics.

- Made impactful organisational change and business transformation
- Showcases thought leadership and sets a new standard in their industry
