Before Workday, Richard pioneered cloud-based recruiting at Jobpartners – acquired by Taleo – then led HCM Strategy at Oracle. Richard joined Workday in 2015 and is a frequent conference speaker and spokesperson for Workday in Europe.

Max currently serves as the SVP Product for Workday, where he’s responsible for product vision, strategy and execution across Workday’s applications portfolio. Previously, Max was the CEO of Degreed and an Executive Vice President at SAP and spent eight years teaching strategy at Stanford GSB.

Jason brings more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of HR technology and artificial intelligence. He now focuses on the transition of AI experimentation to delivering measurable business outcomes.
