Workday Elevate is open to invited customers and prospective customers.
If you’re a prospective customer interested in attending the event, please email the Workday Elevate team at elevate.london@workday.com.
If you’re a customer and haven’t received a personal invite, please get in touch with your Workday account team or the Workday Elevate team at elevate.london@workday.com.
If you’re an analyst, please email the Analyst Relations team with any questions.

No, there’s no cost to attend. We’re happy to be your host and know this will be a worthwhile event.
Registration will remain open until we’re at capacity.
A mixture of hot and cold breakfast and lunch will be served, alongside a morning coffee break. Tea and coffee will be available throughout the day.
The venue is situated a short 5-minute walk from Liverpool Street station or a 15-minute walk from Bank station.
No, we won’t be recording any of the sessions. This is an in-person event only.
We will follow COVID-19 protocols set by the venue at the time of the event, which may include providing proof of a negative COVID-19 test and/or proof of full vaccination, practising hand hygiene, social distancing and/or wearing face coverings. We will advise if any of these protocols need to be met closer to the time.
We recommend smart-casual attire for Workday Elevate London and our after-party.

Solution consultants and demos
We’ll have a selection of demo stations on the third floor available for you to see our products in action. Our friendly solution consultants will be on hand to discuss your challenges and show you how Workday can help. No bookings necessary – simply turn up with your questions.
Partners
Our partners will be available to share their unique expertise and can help you to navigate what the future of your organisation looks like.
Don’t forget to join one of their 25-minutes breakout sessions in the partner theatre area. No booking necessary. The session agenda will be available on the expo floor on the day of the event.
Industry
Come along and speak with our industry advisors who will be on the industry booth throughout the day!
No, we have combined Workday Elevate and Workday Live this year to bring our entire community together.
To keep it fair and enable representatives from our entire community at Workday Elevate London, we are recommending just three people per organisation attend. Please only register if you have received an invite from your Workday account team.
If you’ve received an invitation but would like to offer your place to a colleague instead, please send an email with your replacement’s contact details and a copy of the invite email to elevate.london@workday.com or to your account team at Workday.

The venue is a 20-minute walk from etc.venues, 133 Houndsditch. We will have guides on hand to help direct you. Our guides will stagger leaving Workday Elevate London to accommodate our large community of attendees.
When arriving at the venue, head to the lift and go straight to the rooftop.
We will have canapés and drinks available throughout the evening. A mix of dietary preferences will be available too. If you have any severe allergies, please let us know in your Workday Elevate London registration.
The after-party will take place from 17:00 and end no later than 23:00.
