From One to Two: MS Reinsurance’s Lessons from a high-complexity Workday HCM Carveout

For MS Reinsurance, a legacy shared Workday set-up with the MS Amlin group meant that the system was not fit for purpose and became a significant barrier to operational excellence. To regain strategic control, MS Reinsurance needed more than just a new tenant, they needed a total system “clean break”. In this session, MS Reinsurance and Deloitte reveal their blueprint for a 5-month tenant carveout, covering 350 employees, 5 countries and 11 modules.
