Rebecca (Bec) Tuplin is based in Brisbane and currently leads the PMO function for Rio Tinto’s Workday program. With an extensive background in HR Management, Change Management and Project Management, Bec has garnered broad experience across various sectors including Mining & Resources, Retail, Energy, and Government.

Bec brings a wealth of experience in successfully managing global and large-scale transformation programs, encompassing both process and system changes. Having worked with Rio Tinto for 14 years, Bec has brought a deep business understanding and perspective to Rio Tinto’s Workday journey.

Certified as a PRINCE2 and Agile Project Manager, as well as a PROSCI Change Manager, Bec excels in delivering a comprehensive approach to managing projects. She optimises project planning, delivery, risk management and simplification opportunities, balanced against business needs. By bringing a unique understanding and appreciation of people impacts to project management, Bec ensures that project goals and change management objectives are aligned to achieve shared project outcomes.
