Joel Campbell Rio Tinto Program Lead

Joel is an experienced and caring leader whose passion is working with his teams to deliver business changing results and outcomes. He's proud to have had multiple opportunities in his career to demonstrate that impossible things were worth getting done. Joel is currently focused on completing the second (and final) phase of the Workday implementation at Rio Tinto. He's previously had a number of global roles in the US and Australia with large technology and mining companies across Finance, IS&T and HR. Joel has a Masters of Business Administration, Masters of Public Administration, Bachelor of Science and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
