Workday Pro certification policies.
- Exams: Attendees can select their preferred exam(s) from the available Workday Pro exam list.
- Limit: Attendees may purchase up to 3 unique exams for $99 each. Duplicate registrations for the same exam are not permitted.
- Scope: Valid for new certifications only; recertifications are excluded.
- Refunds and substitutions: If you’re unable to attend the exam, you may reschedule or substitute your time slot with a colleague from the same organization at no additional cost by Tuesday, May 26, 2026. You may also cancel with no refund.
- No training provided: There’s no advanced training or prep included in this offering. We have free Workday Pro Exam Guides for each Workday Pro certification that outline the topics and tasks you may be tested on.
- No onsite retests: Immediate retesting is not permitted. Candidates who do not pass must observe a mandatory 4-day waiting period before they’re eligible to register for a new attempt.
