Ajay is an Executive Leader in Corporate Transformation and AI/ML Innovation at JLL, where he serves as the Director of Product & Program Management. A standout leader within the organisation, he was recognised as the JLL Employee of the Year in 2023 for his exceptional contributions. Ajay is at the forefront of technological advancement, currently holding a patent in final approval for a significant AI/ML innovation. Beyond his corporate leadership and technical achievements, he is an accomplished author, having written 'The Inner Ascent.' His unique expertise combines high-level strategic transformation with cutting-edge product development, positioning him as a pivotal figure in driving JLL’s innovation agenda and future-ready digital solutions.

Aurakanda Attavipach is the Chief People Officer of Minor International, where she leads people and digital transformation across world-class organisations. Recognised as one of the 100 most influential HR Leaders in Southeast Asia from 2023–2025, she received the 2025 ‘Leader of Leader’ award for excellence in leadership development. Aurakanda has extensive experience across Marketing, Operations, and Human Resources, previously serving as Chief Operating Officer at Lotus’s and holding dual leadership roles at adidas Group. At MINOR, she established the Global People & Culture Centre of Excellence to strengthen people practices and synergise business groups. Under her leadership, MINOR has achieved global recognition, including TIME’s World’s Best Companies and SEEK APAC Employer of the Year 2025/26.

Dudi Arisandi is the Chief People Officer at tiket.com, where he has led HR Transformation at tiket.com since 2019, establishing the company as a Best Company to Work for in Asia for five consecutive years and other massive recognitions. With over 25 years of experience across various industries, Dudi has held key leadership roles at Kraft Heinz, SC Johnson, SOGO, and Hero Supermarket. A highly recognised figure in the region, he was named Asia’s Best HR Leader 2024 and featured as an Indonesia HR Icon from 2023–2026 by ETHRWorld Southeast Asia. Beyond his corporate role, Dudi serves as the Chairman of PMSM Indonesia (Indonesia HR Society), Mentor at Endeavor Indonesia and also professional coach. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Math and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering.

With 30 years of experience leading global businesses and digital teams, Ivan brings deep expertise in international markets, digital strategy, and risk governance. He has extensive international operating experience across growth markets, having spent 16 years based in China, Japan, the United States, Indonesia, and Thailand. Ivan is currently Chief Technology Officer at City Developments Limited. He previously served as President of Strategic Business at Pactera, where he led the expansion of international markets for one of China’s largest services companies ahead of its NASDAQ IPO. He was also the Asia Managing Director at ServiceNow, where he built and scaled the company’s Greater China and ASEAN businesses.

Judy Ng is the Managing Director and Group Financial Controller at DBS Bank. As lead financial steward, she orchestrates all accounting operations, ensures unimpeachable financial statements, and contributes to the bank's strategic financial direction. Her 19-year tenure at DBS includes serving as CFO for the Institutional Banking Group, where she grew new revenue streams through initiatives such as 'Digital Economy' and 'Ecosystems', and rolled out the 'IBG Sustainability Balance Sheet & Income' to drive ESG for clients. Previously, Judy spent ten years at Credit Suisse First Boston, leaving as Director and Asia-Pac head for the Global Capital & Balance Sheet Management team. She is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore and currently serves as Vice President of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Patrick Loughnane began his career at JPMorgan Private Bank, leading early process automation efforts before moving into the startup and scale-up space. He helped grow Zendesk through its IPO and later joined Unity Technologies ahead of theirs. At Kraken, he spent five years building and scaling the Enterprise Systems function, overseeing HRIS, ERP, and financial systems. Now at Binance, Patrick focuses on accounting and financial systems, driving data validation and process optimization through AI and agentic operations. An early adopter of OpenClaw, his work centers on the transition from workflows to prompts and systems of record to systems of action, advocating that the back office should be orchestrated rather than merely operated.

Ruth is the Head of People & Culture at PropertyGuru Group, where she is responsible for fostering a thriving, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture. She plays a critical role in aligning people strategies with overarching business goals, ensuring the organisation attracts, retains, and develops top talent within the property technology sector. Ruth leads a team of over 40 People & Culture experts and is committed to driving technology adoption and leading organisation design to maximise effectiveness. A global HR Director with two decades of experience, she specialises in partnering with C-Suite and global leadership teams across financial services, technology, and global MNCs. Ruth thrives on managing teams across business partnering, talent acquisition, and talent development.
