Dr. Ayesha Khanna is Co-Founder and CEO of ADDO AI, an artificial intelligence (AI) advisory firm and incubator. She has been a strategic advisor on artificial intelligence and smart cities to leading corporations and governments. Khanna also serves on the Board of Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), the Singapore government’s agency that develops and regulates its world class technology sector. She has also advised clients such as SMRT, Singapore’s largest public transport company, SOMPO, Japan’s largest insurance firm, and Smart Dubai, the government agency tasked to transform Dubai into a leading smart city. She is the co-author of Hybrid Reality: Thriving in the Emerging Human- Technology Civilization.

In 2017, ADDO AI was featured in Forbes magazine as one of four leading artificial intelligence companies in Asia and Ayesha Khanna was named one of South East Asia’s groundbreaking female entrepreneurs by Forbes magazine in 2018. More recently, in 2019, Khanna was invited to become a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Councils.

Khanna spent more than a decade on Wall Street developing large scale trading, risk management and data analytics systems. She was co-founder of the Hybrid Reality Institute, a research and advisory group established to analyse the social and economic impact of accelerating technologies. She directed the Future Cities Group at the London School of Economics, and has been a Faculty Advisor at Singularity University.

Ayesha Khanna has been named one of Singapore’s leading female entrepreneurs and a leading Asian fintech influencer by Fintech Asia. She also served on the Singapore Ministry of Education’s Steering Committee on future skills and applied learning for emerging industries.

Khanna is author of Straight Through Processing and co-author of Hybrid Reality: Thriving in the Emerging Human-Technology Civilization. She is the Founder of 21st Century Girls, a charity that delivers free coding and artificial intelligence classes to girls in Singapore.

Grant 'Axe' Rawlinson is a world class human-powered explorer and team decision-making coach. From the street level to the boardroom, international 7-aside rugby player to over 50 expeditions across the globe including walking across countries, cycling across continents, climbing Mt Everest and crossing sea's completely by human-power, Grant dedicates his life to the pursuit of Bold, Unique Goals.

A native of New Zealand, Grant lives in Phuket, holds Bachelor and Post Graduate degrees, is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a professional member of the Asian Professional Speakers Association(APSS) and co-chair of the Royal Geographic Society (Singapore branch).

Yvonne Chan is an accomplished news presenter and highly skilled moderator with over 20 years of hosting live events and moderating panel discussions. She has chaired many keynote dialogues with discussion topics focusing on geopolitics, sustainability, leadership and transition finance.

During her decade at Channel NewsAsia (CNA), Yvonne covered many live ‘breaking news’ events including the Trump-Kim and ASEAN summits. Most notably, she co-anchored CNA’s flagship weekday breakfast programme, First Look Asia for more than two years.

Prior to switching careers to the media industry, Yvonne was a Management Associate with HSBC Singapore before moving on to work at HSBC London’s group management office. She graduated with first class honours in Economics from the National University of Singapore.

Anneke Gibb is a seasoned finance leader in the technology, media and entertainment industry with a knack for driving efficiency through innovation and building and empowering strong teams.

Currently the APAC Regional Controller for Netflix, Anneke was Netflix’s first finance hire in the region and first Singapore based employee. In this role, Anneke has been instrumental in establishing and expanding the company's financial operations throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Her leadership has been instrumental in navigating complex regulatory landscapes, advancing business development, and integrating acquisitions to fuel Netflix's growth in the region.

Prior to Netflix, Anneke honed her expertise at CNBC and PwC. At CNBC, she enhanced financial planning and analysis, implementing robust forecasting tools and fostering strategic partnerships to support the business news channel’s operations across APAC, EMEA and LATAM. Her tenure at PwC saw her advising major banks and multinational corporations on financial structuring and strategic expansions, underscoring her expertise in corporate development and M&A activities.

Anneke holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Waikato, New Zealand, and is a Chartered Accountant and Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.

Mr Deny is responsible for the Group's information technology strategy and collaborates with divisional leaders to develop and implement the Group's digital strategy. With over 30 years of experience in the information and technology industry, Mr Deny has held senior global leadership roles across major automotive, manufacturing, semiconductor, telecommunications, and IT software and services companies. Before joining Sime Darby Berhad, Mr Deny was the Chief Information Officer and a board member at APP Indonesia - Sinarmas Group, one of the world’s largest pulp and paper companies. He also had a notable career with Microsoft Asia Pacific as Area IT Head – APAC and GCR, and as Vice President of IT – Managed Services with Telstra International, where he was responsible for business information systems, technology strategy, IT infrastructure, and the delivery of major enterprise solutions. Mr Deny holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Bina Nusantara, an MBA in Finance from Indonusa Esa Unggul University, and a PhD from Universitas Pelita Harapan, Indonesia.

Helen is a global People & Culture expert, who has led and grown Fortune 200 companies across multiple geographies and industries. With a diverse background in sales, commercial and HR, Helen thrives on collaborating with her peers to transform and future proof organisations for long term sustainable success.

Helen has over two decades of rich experience in human resources, sales and commercial, having held various leadership roles in global organisations. At PropertyGuru, Helen provides strategic direction and expertise to the teams and talent, with a particular focus on taking forward the Culture of Trust that is core to the Group. She is focused on fostering an equitable workplace as a driving force behind the Group’s success.

Prior to joining PropertyGuru Group, Helen served as the Global Head of People Solutions & Experience at JLL in Singapore, where she led the formation of a new global employee experience function to re-imagine the future of work, implemented a new digital HR experience that enhanced productivity and business performance and drove initiatives that enhanced employee experience. At JLL, Helen also held the role of Head of HR for Asia Pacific and was responsible for people strategy and support across 18 diverse markets. Mr Lim Shih Hsien oversees the security, efficiency, and innovation of Seatrium’s digital ecosystem, covering cybersecurity, IT (Information Technology), and OT (Operational Technology).

Mr Lim brings with him more than 25 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT and OT. Prior to his current appointment, he assumed various leadership positions in public and private sectors, driving digital innovation and transformation. His career achievements in Certis Group, SP Group, The Hong Kong Jockey Club and MOH Holdings Pte Ltd include developing robust cybersecurity strategies, overseeing IT systems, optimising OT initiatives, and managing technology risks.

Mr Lim has contributed his thought leadership at international platforms such as the World Economic Forum Centre for Cybersecurity & Electricity Industry Community, Hong Kong Health Authority, Gartner Research Board and Temasek Team8.

Mr Lim holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems (First Class Honours) from Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Western Australia and a Master of Science in Communications and Network Systems from the Nanyang Technological University. Michelle graduated from the Nanyang Technological University and embarked on her career in PricewaterhouseCoopers where she learnt the art of auditing from the best in class and bagged her chartered account qualification on a secondment to the PricewaterhouseCoopers Melbourne office.

Seeking to augment her auditing experience with corporate finance experience, Michelle ventured into the commercial arena with the advertising network, WPP, where she worked under the J. Walter Thompson group. During her stint at WPP, Michelle worked on global client accounts in Asia Pacific and North America and led mergers and acquisitions in Asia Pacific, all in the name of driving business growth and transformation.

At Ensign InfoSecurity, Michelle oversees business operations and finance where she continues to advance her business transformation journey, architecting an enterprise roadmap that entails business process redesign and change management, with the ultimate goal of building a structure ideal for the future.

Tryfon is a Chartered Accountant (ACCA) with deep expertise in transforming Finance and HR functions through Workday. He has led end-to-end implementations across Financials, HCM, Procurement, PSA, Prism, Payroll, Expenses, and Adaptive Planning. Currently, he drives strategy, support, and continuous improvement for Workday across Finance, FP&A, Procurement, and HR. Deepak is a Managing Director in Accenture and currently oversees Accenture’s APAC Workday Business Group. He brings over 25 years of extensive experience driving Digital innovation, Complex Program Delivery, Productivity & Automation, IT and Talent Strategy and Trapped value realization. He has also led numerous large scale Digital transformation initiatives including the multi award-winning Digital Innovation program at National Gallery Singapore as the Innovation Program Director.

In his current role as the Workday Business Group Lead for APAC, Deepak works extensively with senior Leaders in the region in driving initiatives around HR & Finance transformation, human performance and organization effectiveness.

Shailesh is a senior practitioner in the areas of HR, talent and workforce transformation with experience spanning two decades across South-east Asia, APAC, UK and Europe markets.

Andy Kershaw is the Group General Manager for the Office of the CFO at Workday, responsible for the strategy, product, and performance of Workday’s financial solutions, including Financials, Spend, Planning, and Evisort.

A seasoned technology leader, Andy brings deep expertise in product development, strategy, and engineering. Before joining Workday in 2016, he spent nearly two decades at Oracle, where he led services and product management teams delivering enterprise software.

Andy also serves as the Office Site Lead for Workday’s Boulder office and is the Executive Sponsor of the Families Employee Belonging Council (EBC). He holds an MSc in Computer Science and a BSc in Chemistry & Management from Imperial College London.

Bobby Wu is the Head of Enterprise Architect at Workday for Asia. With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge from leading cloud-based business application and data analytics companies. At Workday, Bobby collaborates with business leaders and IT professionals to develop technology strategies that drive alignment with organizational goals.

As General Manager for Workday ASEAN, Jess O’Reilly leads regional sales strategy and growth. Previously, she led Strategy and Future HR Products for ServiceNow's Employee Workflows, contributing to growth from $200M to over $1B ARR in under 5 years. Naviti is a Senior Value Manager at Workday with 12 + years of experience as a management consultant and strategic advisor, driving growth across the ASEAN region. She specializes in crafting compelling value stories and aligning technology solutions with key business objectives to enable impactful customer transformations. A recognized leader in her field, Naviti is passionate about delivering innovative strategies that resonate with clients and achieve measurable results.

Armed with a Computer Science degree, Pei Woan was passionate about coding and planning to settle in a programming role upon graduation. Her first job landed her in the HR world at a large conglomerate and since then, she has never looked back. For almost 20 years, Pei Woan built her career deep in the discipline of HR and Technology recommending and managing transformation projects across organisations.

Pei Woan currently manages a team of solution consultants at Workday for Asia. She constantly sets internal benchmarks in employee engagement that includes employee health, well-being and diversity. As part of her leadership portfolio, she also chairs the Field Innovation Champions team for Customer Experience across Asia Pacific.

Raghu heads the Solution Consulting team for Workday in the Asia-Pacific region. The team comprises functional subject matter experts in the HCM, ERP, Planning and Analytics domains and Technology Architects who advise customers on platform, AI/ML, integration, and security evolutions.

Raghu has more than three decades of experience in the IT industry, with deep knowledge of the Communications, Insurance and Utilities industries. He has performed a variety of technical roles spanning project implementations, technical team leadership, industry solution architectures, regional CTO, new product development management and business transformation leadership. While his primary focus has been on business and enterprise applications, Raghu has practical knowledge of solutioning for digital evolutions, application of emerging technologies such as Blockchain and Machine Learning, data management, integration technologies and architectures, cloud platforms and transitioning systems to the cloud. Raghu is passionate about matching technology with business value and has many years of experience advising customers on making the pivot to cloud-based technologies and systems.

With customer-facing work experience in various countries across Asia, Australia, Japan and the US, Raghu is now based in Singapore and is a frequent speaker on AI/ML, Technology Innovation and Digital Transformation in regional industry fora.

Rowan Miranda is Managing Director & Industry Lead for Government & Education at Workday. In this role, he leads a group of seasoned practitioners focused on improving government and university operations by modernising enterprise systems. Prior to Workday, Rowan was Managing Director/CFO Practice Leader for the Public Service Industry at Accenture. He has served as a management consultant to more than 100 organizations at the federal, state/local, university and nonprofit levels. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and serves as a Visiting Professor at Pepperdine University’s School of Public Policy in Malibu, California.

Sammy is a seasoned accounting professional with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. He is now a value manager in Workday helping human resources and finance leaders in navigating the ongoing changes through its products and solutions.

Previously he had worked in several multinational corporation including Deloitte, Cathay Pacific Airways, and a regional family office which he developed extensive experience in transformation.

He is a certified public accountant and hold an MBA from University of Manchester.
