It's that time of the year again! We're thrilled to embark on the second edition of the Workday Customer Awards in EMEA to celebrate our most inspiring and innovative customers.
This is an opportunity to shine a light on how our changemaking customers are embracing Workday to solve their greatest business challenges and achieve game-changing results. We’ll be showcasing these stories at Workday Rising EMEA this year.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Awards categories
Entries in all categories must highlight customers using one or more Workday products that are live and in production.
Partners involved in the implementation(s) should be highlighted in the submission.

Rock Star Of The Year
All winners of our Rock Star Award, announced at our regional Elevate events this year, will be automatically entered into our Workday Rockstar Award of the Year Award. Our judges will be assessing and ranking each submission based on the following criteria:
Innovative thinking
How compelling is the use case? Is it truly innovative and transformative? Is the project solving an industry-wide challenge?
Project delivery
Has the project effectively solved a specific business challenge? What impact has it had on people, other functions and the broader business?
Evidence of success with tangible outcomes
Can the impact be quantified with return on investment and metrics? Is the project driving organisational change and business transformation?

- Submissions close on 25 October
- Winners announced at Workday Rising EMEA
- Any Workday customer that’s using one or more Workday product(s) i.e. they are live and in production.
- Partners involved in the implementation can be highlighted in the submission.
- Workday partners that are using a Workday product within their own organisation can also submit an entry and are considered a Workday customer within this awards programme.
Yes, Workday partners and third parties can submit an entry – but they must confirm in their entry form that they have permission from the customer to participate in the awards programme.
All countries in EMEA are eligible to participate.
- Round 1: A panel of Workday experts will review entries and select a shortlist for each category.
- Round 2: The judging panel will assess and rank the shortlisted entries against each other according to the judging criteria.

Note: Government and government-related entities are not eligible to receive charitable donations and Workday Rising EMEA passes.
Entries for customers where the subject has an open RFP with Workday will not be eligible to receive the charitable donation or the complimentary Workday Rising EMEA pass for 2025. They must also confirm they’re able to accept the award, per their own policies in the entry form.
