About Illuminate HR
In order to promote open and honest dialogue, Illuminate HR is open to invited customers and prospective customers only.
Members of the analyst community, partners or the press are encouraged to reach out to their dedicated Workday team for information on our other portfolio of events.
No, there’s no cost to attend. We’re happy to be your host and know this will be a worthwhile event.
Space at the event is limited, but we welcome nominations to the programme. If you’re interested in having a colleague join you, please email their information to isa.shreeve@workday.com. Dependent on capacity, we may be able to share an invite.
Registration closes on 22 August 2025.
If your organisation's corporate policy doesn’t allow you to accept gifts, you will be able to note this during the registration process. Our team will coordinate with you so you may book your hotel on your own.
Your complimentary registration for Illuminate HR includes the following:
- Two-night accommodation* at Le Palace de Menthon (check-in 13 October, check-out 15 October)
- All scheduled meals, breaks, beverages and snacks
- Required and optional programming
*Room service, spa services, valet, additional night stays and any other elective amenities incurred by you are not included and will be billed to you by the hotel separately. If your organisation's corporate policy doesn’t allow you to accept gifts, please indicate this during registration and our team will reach out to you to coordinate your own hotel reservation.
Accommodation & travel
Onsite hotel accommodation is included as a part of your registration. Our team will handle your hotel
reservation on your behalf*, with check-in on 13 October and check-out on 15 October 2025.
Room service, spa services, valet, additional night stays and any other elective amenities incurred by you
are not included and will be billed to you by the hotel separately.
*If your organisation's corporate policy doesn’t allow you to accept gifts, please indicate this during registration and our team will connect you with the hotel directly to make your own reservation.
All scheduled meals, breaks, beverages and snacks are included. Dietary restrictions will be taken into account for each individual and options will be provided onsite.
Le Palace de Menthon offers complimentary self-parking onsite. They also have a valet parking service and an electric vehicle charging station available.
Annecy is a main hub in the Rhone-Alps region of France, and the Rail Europe station is located in the city centre approximately 20 minutes away from Le Palace de Menthon. There’s a taxi stand outside the station to travel to the Palace, or you can order one by calling +33 (0) 4 50 45 05 67.
