Delivery Assurance is an organization within Workday responsible for ensuring all Workday deployments are delivered with the highest level of quality. The team is comprised of deployment and product experts with vast experience in Workday and project management. Mandatory Delivery Assurance checkpoints are integrated into the Workday Accelerated Deployment Methodology with the objective to uncover any potential issues early in a project while mitigating any future risks.
To ensure customers are best prepared for their Workday deployment, recommended training including On Demand training sessions are embedded into the Workday Accelerated Deployment Methodology. As defined in the methodology, customer resources are able to better prepare for critical deployment activities by viewing pre-recorded on demand training.
