In 2013, Government Technology surveyed state and local government human resources professionals about their plans for moving to a cloud-based, unified finance and HR solution. This audience was polled with the same questions again in 2014.
The results show a growing inclination towards updating their current systems. In fact, 43 percent of respondents said they are planning a system replacement within the next year.
