In order to protect the health and safety of our employees and partners, we strive to provide and maintain an event space that is free of known hazards. As we continue to monitor the state of COVID-19 (as well as guidelines from the CDC and local authorities), we will be implementing health and safety protocols based on the state of the pandemic at the time of the event.

Domestic attendees.

Please present proof of full vaccination by Friday, June 24, and provide a negative COVID-19 test result 24 hours prior to departing for the event. Please review the testing process for domestic attendees below.

Testing Process for Domestic Attendees

International attendees.

As of June 12, 2022, the CDC no longer requires travelers to the U.S. to show a negative COVID-19 test before boarding their flight. That said, we strongly encourage you to test for COVID-19 prior to departing for Workday Altitude®—especially since you will be required to take a COVID-19 test and present proof of full vaccination when you arrive on-site. Please review the testing process for international attendees below.

Testing Process for International Attendees

COVID-19 testing process. 

Step 1: Registration and vaccination verification.
  • Once registered for the event you will be prompted to upload your proof of vaccination via a third-party platform called Cleared4. Please present proof of full vaccination by Friday, June 24, 2022.
Step 2: Remote enrollment in testing management.
  • We will send a COVID-19 Lucira rapid PCR test kit to your mailing address one week before the event. It should arrive 48 hours before Workday Altitude kicks off. If you will not be at your mailing address provided during registration, please contact the Workday Altitude team with your desired shipping address.
  • Workday is partnering with Co.Protect and Cleared4 to ensure testing privacy and security. Submit your proof of vaccination and upload your test results 24 hours prior to traveling here.
  • No more than 24 hours before departure, self-administer the test and upload your results to the Lucira system using the QR code included on the test packaging.
  • Test results will be available in approximately 30 minutes. As part of the result uploading process, you will be required to share your result with the Cleared4 management platform via a specified prompt.
  • Note: Attendees with a positive test result within 24 hours of departure for the event are prohibited from attending the event.
Step 3: At the event.
  • Domestic attendees will not be required to take an on-site COVID-19 Lucira rapid PCR test. Upon arrival, head to the Exhibit Hall Concourse on Level 3 with the Green Pass you received after your negative at-home test and a government-issued ID.
Step 4: Post-event test (optional).
  • Prior to departing the event, you can self administer a COVID-19 antigen test using the included instructions.Tests will be given out at the end of Altitude or can be picked up from Hall A1.. You will be required to report any positive test results.

Step 2: Pre-travel COVID-19 test.
  • As of June 12, 2022, the CDC no longer requires travelers to the U.S. to show a negative COVID-19 test before boarding their flight. That said, we strongly encourage you to test for COVID-19 prior to departing for Workday Altitude®—especially since you will be required to take a COVID-19 test and present proof of full vaccination when you arrive on-site. You may expense one COVID-19 test prior to the event.
  • If you have a positive test result within one day of departure to the event, you are prohibited from attending the event.
Step 3: On-site test.
  • Upon arrival at the Music City Center, pick up a COVID-19 Lucira rapid PCR test from the convention check-in area and self-administer. Directions for testing and uploading will be in the box. Workday is partnering with Co.Protect and Cleared4 to ensure testing privacy and security. Once on-site, you will receive an email from Co.Protect inviting you to enroll in the Cleared4 testing management platform.
  • You must show a negative COVID-19 Lucira rapid PCR test result. Test results will be available in approximately 30 minutes.
    • If your test result is negative, you’ll get a text message with a Green Pass notification that you’re cleared to pick up your Workday Altitude name badge at registration located on the Exhibit Hall Concourse on Level 3.
    • If your test results are positive, you’ll take a lab-based COVID-19 PCR test to verify the result. The lab-based test results will be available within approximately two hours. We ask that you isolate yourself from others until we get the results of the lab-based COVID-19 PCR test.
Step 4: Post-event test.
  • If COVID-19 testing is required prior to traveling to your home country, head to our on-site COVID-19 PCR lab in Hall A1 to schedule or get tested and secure documentation to return home.
  • If COVID-19 testing is not required to return home, you can take an optional COVID-19 antigen test using the included instructions. Tests will be given out at the end of Altitude or can be picked up from Hall A1.You will be required to report any positive test results.
