About Workday Altitude

Who should attend Workday Altitude?

All Workday Global System Integrators, Services, Channel, Software Partners who deploy Workday solutions are welcome to attend Workday Altitude.

The Workday Global Workplace Safety team is closely monitoring the evolving state of COVID-19 in alignment with the CDC and local restrictions to ensure the health and safety of our employees and partners. 

 

At this time, these protocols are in place:

  • COVID-19 vaccinations are not required.
  • Testing is not required regardless of vaccination status. However, each attendee is responsible for reviewing and following the entry and exit requirements of their home country.
  • Attendees who are sick should not attend. 


While not required, masks will be available at the event, along with hand-sanitizing stations and enhanced cleaning. 


If you feel sick and/or test positive for COVID-19 while at Workday Altitude, please isolate yourself. We will have a limited supply of COVID-19 tests available; please email safety@workday.com to request one. If you test positive, we recommend that you adhere to the current CDC quarantine and isolation guidelines. Additionally, please follow any COVID-19 policies set forth by your employer.

No. Here is some helpful information provided by the CDC for all international travelers to and from the U.S.

No. This year Workday Altitude is an in-person global event. Only select sessions will be available on demand after Workday Altitude, so please try your best to join us in person.

The fee covers all of the content, activities, and meals listed in the agenda. Hotel and airfare are not included.

We expect approximately 3,800 attendees this year—more than 2,900 Workday employees and 850 partners.  

Partners may host receptions on the evening of Sunday, July 9, 2023, after 6:00 p.m., to maximize networking and relationship building ahead of Workday Altitude. No partner events may be hosted on Monday, July 10, through Tuesday, July 11, 2023. 

 

All invitations to partner meetings or events must be managed by the event host, and the host must notify Workday about their event. Reach out to workdayancillarymtgs@one10marketing.com with your event details.

The dress code is business casual. Please keep in mind that while we do our best to control the temperature in session rooms, we recommend that you bring a removable layer for your comfort.

All registration cancelations, changes, and transfers must be received in writing and emailed to the Workday Altitude Registration team. Workday will not allow changes after certain dates and cannot offer credits for future events. Canceling or changing your registration will not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements, if applicable. Individuals are solely responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.
 

Cancelations:

  • For cancelation emails received before 12:00 a.m. (PT) June 30, 2023, you will receive a refund, minus a $150 administration fee. The administration fee applies to all Workday Altitude conference registration types.
  • For cancelation emails received between 12:01 a.m. (PT) on June 30, 2023, and 12:00 a.m. (PT) on July 7, 2023, you will receive a refund, minus a cancelation fee of 50 percent of your conference registration fee.
  • For cancelation emails received after 12:01 a.m. (PT) on July 7, 2023, no refund will be issued.

Yes, you may transfer your pass to another person within your organization. Email the Workday Altitude team with your request and provide the names and email addresses of both the original and substitute registrants before or on July 6, 2023. No additional fees will be charged for substitutions. Substitutions will not be allowed after July 6, 2023.

No. Workday Altitude is for invited conference attendees only.

Yes, the following meals will be provided:
 

  • Monday, July 10: 
    • Breakfast and lunch 
    • Dinner at the Workday Altitude Celebration Event            
  • Tuesday, July 11:
    • Breakfast and lunch

During the registration process, let us know if you have any dietary requirements so that we can accommodate you.

To update or complete your registration or book a hotel, log in using credentials in your invitation.

We’ll notify you via email when it becomes available in mid-June.

The Session Catalog will launch in mid-June. We’ll notify you via email when it becomes available.

Yes, the event mobile app will be available for download closer to the event date, and you’ll receive an email with downloading instructions. 

Travel.

What are the recommended arrival and departure dates?

Workday Altitude begins on Monday, July 10, at 9:00 a.m. Book your travel accordingly.

 

Workday Altitude Attendees: Plan to arrive on Sunday, July 9, or early morning on Monday, July 10, to complete your on-site registration, and depart after 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 11.

 

Preconference Attendees: Optional Preconference Trainings will be offered on Sunday, July 9. Plan to arrive on Saturday, July 8, or early morning Sunday, July 9, if you’re attending.


On-site registration hours:
 

  • Saturday, July 8, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, July 9, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • Monday, July 10, from 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, July 11, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, July 12, from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Hotel.

Do I make my own hotel reservations?

Yes. Please reserve your hotel room during the registration process. The deadline to register and book your hotel room is Friday, June 9, 2023.

 

If you need to reserve a hotel room past the June 9 deadline, you may still access the booking website through the Attendee Portal, however the group room rates will no longer be available.

We have contracted a block of rooms for Workday Altitude. Partners are expected to stay at ARIA Resort & Casino or the smoke-free resort and casino Park MGM, which is a short indoor walk away.

You may. However, all hotel charges will be your responsibility.
