Travel and expenses

For domestic attendees and all new hires.

Please book your flight to Nashville International Airport (BNA) per the Workday Travel and Expense Policy, and arrange ground transportation to your hotel.

All employees should make flight reservations via Egencia based on the guidelines in the Workday Return to Travel Guide and Workday Travel and Expense Policy. In addition, due to the large number of attendees, the travel policy has been amended to economy class to manage costs.

For international attendees.

We hope by now you have already booked your flights and submitted your expenses.

If you require a visa to enter the United States, please make sure that you have the required travel documents to attend Workday Altitude® as there are unprecedented delays in visa processing times.

Visit the Workday Global Business Travel Visa page to access our global business travel visa tool managed by CIBT. If you are traveling to the United States, you can check eligibility for an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization).

If you have any questions, please reach out to altitude@workday.com.

Expenses.

Hotel, airfare, and other travel-related expenses will be billed to your department cost center, not Workday Altitude. It’s your responsibility to get manager approval for your expenses. When submitting expenses, please assign the “Workday Altitude 2022” project tag to track overall company spend for this event.

Transportation from the airport.

Taxis, Uber, and Lyft are the most economical ways to get to your hotel from the airport. The taxi fare each way is around $30, plus tip.
