Sunday, July 9 | All-Day Training (9:00 AM–4:00 PM) | $1,200

One API to Rule Them All

The Workday graph API is here, but how should you use it in new or existing apps? Join this session to jump into the nitty-gritty of using the graph API in PMDs and Workday Orchestrations, and learn how to get the most out of the graph API explorer.

Join this session for hands-on experience with the new and exciting integration platform Orchestrate for Integrations. Start by learning its capabilities before you put it into practice by building a fully functioning integration.

 

Note: To be eligible for this training, consultants must have an active Integration or Financials Integration Certification. Workmates must be on a pre certified list.

If you are a consultant who wants to earn your Workday People Analytics (PPLA) certification, this workshop is for you. Learn about the fundamentals of configuration, installation, and administration, and how building a strong foundation will enable you to continuously deploy and manage PPLA applications. Consultants who successfully complete this training will receive a PPLA certification.

 

Note: To be eligible for this training, consultants must have an active Workday Human Capital Management Core and Reporting certification.

Participate in this full-day preconference training as we focus on new functionality to enhance your deployments, along with foundational functionality to incorporate in configuration. Join the Solutions Enablement Team for an opportunity to explore Workday Scheduling and Labor Optimization with hands-on activities discussing big features such as predictive scheduling, static scheduling, and more.

 

Note: To be eligible for this training, you must have experience on at least one Scheduling deployment. In addition, attendees must bring their laptops.

Get hands-on experience as you learn about necessary configuration and implementation considerations when deploying planning configuration manager (PCM) for workforce planning and bottom-up headcount planning.

 

 

Note: To attend this training, you must have an Adaptive Platform Certification and should be knowledgeable in data management and calculated fields in Workday. In addition, attendees must bring their laptops.

Join us for an in-depth overview of Workday Skills Cloud and the machine learning that drives its functionality. Learn how to configure Workday Skills Cloud and understand and leverage skills interoperability, then apply this knowledge to a customer’s deployment through simulation activities.

 

Note: To be eligible for this training, you must have basic knowledge of configuration with EIB/worksheet. In addition, attendees must have access to Microsoft Excel on their laptop or notebook.

 

Explore the report writer world through the Workday Student lens in this light, yet robust, training. Get an introduction to critical concepts of report writing excellence as they relate to the Workday suite of tools for higher education.

 

Note: To be eligible for this training, you must have 1) basic familiarity with Workday Report Writer functions and Workday navigation, 2) security access to create custom reports in order to develop in your own environment. The presenter will have pre-built SUV copies created from workshop tenant SUV. In addition, attendees must bring their own laptop or notebook.

Holistic Solution Design Through a Belonging and Diversity Lens

Companies are focused on building a culture of belonging to ensure their people feel represented and confident to bring their most authentic selves to work. Join us as we take a deep-dive into Workday product features that help the office of the CHRO accomplish this goal. Connect with colleagues and participate in hands-on exercises to build your knowledge and confidence when discussing holistic design requirements with project stakeholders through a belonging and diversity lens.

Familiarize yourself with OfficeConnect for Workday Financial Management in this hands-on training. In this session, we review the requirements for installation, tenant configuration, and common issues with signing in before covering several common use cases. Walk away with the skills needed to successfully set customers up on OfficeConnect and help them take advantage of everything this powerful tool has to offer for their Workday Financial Management data.

 

Note: To be eligible for this training, you must have the Record to Report or Reporting Certification. In addition, attendees must have access to Microsoft Excel on their laptop or notebook. OfficeConnect is not compatible with Microsoft Excel for Mac.

If you’re a Workday Peakon Employee Voice certified consultant, you won’t want to miss this preconference training. Our experienced consultants and Field Readiness team cover everything you need to know for successful Workday Peakon Employee Voice deployments. Learn more about the deployment timeline, how to host various training sessions and workshops, and tips and tricks to help your customers get the most out of Workday Peakon Employee Voice key features.

 

Note: To be eligible for this training, you must either be a Workday employee or employed at a partner firm that is part of the Peakon Partner Deployment Enablement program (formerly known as Ramp to Prime).

Join this training session for hands-on experience loading benefit elections data. Learn how the Change Benefits web service works, including how to populate the required data in the Change Benefits EIB template, which dates to use, and how to manage row numbers. Get practice resolving errors.

 

Note: To attend this training, consultants must have an active Workday Benefits certification. In addition, attendees must have access to Microsoft Excel on their laptop or notebook.

Get hands-on experience as we dive into Workday Recruiting features that aren’t always discussed during certification but that can increase the efficiency of the recruiting process and improve recruiter satisfaction. This session explores topics including staffing field defaults, autocomplete, task consolidation, automatic stage routing, parallel stages, candidate ranking, and more. Get tips on how to discuss these features with customers to help them reach their goals.

 

Note: To be eligible for this training, you must have a Recruiting certification. In addition, attendees must bring their laptops to access an SUV to complete hands-on exercises.
