This track explores how customers are using Workday Financial Management to operate with a complete picture of their business, spend less time managing transactions, and devote more time to strategic decision-making.

Human Resources

Attendees discover how organizations all over the world use Workday Human Capital Management to keep their employees happy and engaged, gain visibility into their business, and spark innovation to lead their workforce into the future. 

IT

This track explores essential technology topics including architecture, embedded reporting and analytics, user experience, mobile, security, integration, data aging, deployments, and change management.

Payroll and Workforce Management

Payroll and workforce optimization is a top priority in today’s business environment. In this track, attendees learn about the holistic approach to workforce optimization and how Workday Payroll and Workday Time Tracking can help streamline the entire hire-to-pay process, proactively manage risk, and encourage employee adoption with a mobile-first system.

Planning and Analytics

This track shows attendees how to plan more effectively and gain visibility into their businesses by using Workday planning and analytics applications to blend Workday and non-Workday data and visually analyze it.

Education and Government

Attendees discover how Workday is uniquely designed to address the needs of education, government, and nonprofit organizations and how customers are using Workday to increase productivity, gain greater insight into data, and better manage their organizations.

Driving Excellence and Success

This track helps attendees understand how to optimize and maximize their Workday investment. These sessions cover best practices for change management, deployment, and user adoption.

Introductory

Designed for people who are new to Workday or new to specific feature areas, these sessions highlight basic use cases, features, functions, and benefits.

Examples might include “Introduction to Workforce Planning: Using Workday Planning to Enhance Your Approach,” “A Simple and Seamless Global Payroll System,” or “Scorecards: Tracking Your KPIs Made Simple.”

Advanced

These sessions are meant for experienced users with a deep understanding and knowledge of Workday features, configurations, and integrations. These sessions may be more technical and cover more-detailed use cases.

Examples might include “Configurable Security,” “Advanced Onboarding: Maximizing the New-Hire Onboarding Experience,” or “Composite Reports: A Deep-Dive.”

All Levels

These sessions are relevant to anyone and include Workday best practices, customer case studies, new features, and business processes.

Examples might include “Workday Time Tracking Configuration Best Practices,” “Analytics in Workday: What's New,” or “Best Practices for Optimizing the Performance of Custom Reports.”
