By submitting a session proposal, you agree to allow Workday to promote, publish, display, and disseminate the content including, but not limited to, your name, company, and title, for use associated with the Workday Rising conference. Workday reserves the right to edit all content. Selected speakers are required to review and sign the Speaker Consent form.

Selected speaker benefits.

  • An opportunity to grow professionally and elevate your personal brand.
  • One complimentary Full Conference Pass to Workday Rising. The pass is not transferable. Workday does not reimburse speakers for travel and expenses. Employees: You will receive specific guidelines for complimentary passes during the submission process.
  • Access to the Speaker Clubhouse, which provides a quiet environment for productivity with wireless internet, a printer, beverages, and snacks.

Workday Partners.

The Workday Partner ecosystem is vital to the success of Workday Rising. We’re looking for content that focuses on customer achievements as well as innovative solutions and approaches. This content is integrated into the program in three ways:

  • Sponsoring Workday Rising Titanium, Platinum, and Gold Partners are offered breakout speaking opportunities.
  • Workday Partners can submit compelling case studies on behalf of their customers; however, only customers may deliver the presentations. The speaking customer’s name, company, and contact information must be included in the submission to be considered—otherwise, it will be declined.
  • Workday Partners who are also live customers can submit session proposals focused on best practices. These sessions must feature the line-of-business expert or project lead and cannot include any information that is intended to promote partner business.
