Submission Guidelines

Use these guidelines to craft a successful proposal for a breakout session, which runs for one hour (including 10 to 15 minutes for Q&A). You can find more detailed information on the submission process in the FAQs section of this website.

Given the volume of submissions, not all proposals will be accepted.

  • Thought leadership/industry trends

  • Consider your target audience
  • Outline your key points and learning objectives before you begin your submission
  • Use jargon-free language and clearly communicate the value of attending the session
  • Focus on how your experience is different, innovative, and impactful
  • Share tangible details and measurable results
  • Entertain with storytelling and support with data
  • Don’t sell—educate
  • Craft thoughtful responses to each question in the submission process
