Workday and Eon Chemicals

Eon Chemicals was founded in 1987, and is one of the first Indonesian companies that pioneered local research and development, manufacturing, marketing, and technical service for specialty chemicals.
Through the years, Eon has served and supported various heavy industries in Indonesia, such as oil and gas, mining, steel plants, pipe manufacturers, automotive manufacturers, metal-working, petrochemical plants, and power-generation plants.

Having data for the entire workforce is a massive improvement as it allows us to analyze trends on performance, competencies, and compensation, while correlating with financial performance.
