Natalia joined Maxis in September 2019 and is responsible for the people agenda in Maxis.
In her role as the Chief Human Resource Officer, she has enabled multiple transformational programmes within the organisation and the People & Organisation division, whilst playing a key role in navigating the pandemic by leading key people-related initiatives across the company. Under her guidance, Maxis has also completed several merger and acquisition deals, enabling the rapid expansion of the business in key focus segments.
Prior to joining Maxis, Natalia worked with Zaid Ibrahim & Co (ZICO Law), the United Nations, CIMB, Hewlett Packard (HP) and Micro Focus, a UK-based technology company. In her previous capacities, she has played several integral leadership roles within HR, including as Country HR Leader, Regional HR Leader and Global HR Business Partner where she led several HR transformational programmes relating to global merger & divestiture deals. She has also led successful labour relations negotiations across Asia Pacific and developed HR programmes including talent and employee relations programmes.
Natalia graduated from Staffordshire University in the UK with a Bachelor of Law (LLB) and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor in 2004.
Rishi has held various finance leadership at Aon over the last 18 years and is currently the Chief Financial Officer for Asia. In his current role he is responsible for all solution lines in Asia and China, in addition he supports 3 business lines across APAC. Focus is on driving business performance, business partnership, investment, cash-flow, JV Management, M&A, team management and key business / finance projects.
In prior roles with Aon; Rishi was in the Regional Controller role for 6 years, he had managed a finance team of 300+ and delivered a lot of critical projects for Aon including the ACIA in Singapore and hive-off of Hewitt’s outsourcing business. He was also the Singapore CFO and Asia Deputy Controller.
Robert is the Head of Technology at PayPal’s International Headquarters in Singapore, covering APAC, EMEA and LATAM. Originally from Scotland in the UK, he moved to Singapore 12 years ago with his family. Robert has over 30 years of experience in technology and can still recall his first major systems upgrade replacing green screens for “Windows for Workgroups 3.11” across Scottish Airports. Robert built his career around Information Security, Privacy, Data Governance, Risk, Audit and Enterprise Technology platforms across a diverse set of organisations including BP, Reuters, Royal Bank of Scotland, Standard Chartered Bank, and now PayPal.
