Simon Tate is president of Asia Pacific (APAC) for Workday, responsible for the company’s sales and revenue growth across the region.
Simon brings over 25 years of technology industry experience to his role. Prior to Workday, he served as the president of Asia Pacific for Adobe. He previously held senior sales leadership roles at Salesforce, SAP, and Dell EMC, in both Australia and Singapore.
Throughout his career, Simon has served on a number of advisory boards with technology companies in early stage funding, and holds copyright over the Professional 6© Risk Management Methodology, now used by an estimated 5,000+ B2B sales professionals globally.
Simon holds a bachelor of engineering degree from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Daniel Cham is the General Manager for Workday, Greater China. Based in Hong Kong, Daniel is responsible for Workday’s human capital management, financial management, planning and analytics business across Greater China.
With a career spanning over 30 years in the technology sector, Daniel specializes in enabling large enterprises to drive innovation and solutions to enhance digital agility, and supporting them on their digital transformation journey. Since joining Workday in May 2020, Daniel has led several key projects and initiatives to deliver customer results and oversaw Workday’s strategy to grow its presence in Greater China.
Prior to joining Workday, Daniel held senior management positions in technology firms, including Salesforce, where he managed their enterprise application and SaaS businesses.
Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from The Ohio State University.
In her role as VP Global Product Vision and Experience at Workday Allyson Skene is focused on evangelising the power of the Workday Platform and leading the discussion about the future of People and Money for our customers and prospects.
With over 30 years of experience in human resources, solution consulting and product strategy, Allyson has successfully developed and executed various strategies for Workday's human resource products. She has a strong track record of innovatively solving complex problems and has a deep understanding of the intersection between technology and human resources.
Melanie Lougee currently serves as Vice President of Vision and Experience at Workday, with over 25 years of experience in HCM and Employee Experience technology. In her current role, she shapes the future of Workday's products and enhances customer experiences. Previously, she led Strategy and Future HR Products for ServiceNow's Employee Workflows, contributing to growth from $200M to over $1B ARR in under 5 years. She also served as Vice President of HR Technology Research at Gartner, leading the HCM Suites Magic Quadrant, and has been named one of HR Executive's Top 100 Influencers consecutively from 2019 to 2024.

Paul, a Principal Outbound Product Manager in Workday’s oCFO Product Strategy team, concentrates on global financial strategy. A qualified accountant with extensive finance leadership experience, Paul has been instrumental in driving financial product innovation during their eight-plus years at Workday.
Shan Moorthy is the Chief Technology Officer for APAC at Workday. Shan has led technology and data functions as a senior IT executive, CTO and CDO with grand success in key enterprises across ANZ and APAC, achieving digital revolutions within the media, retail, banking, and telecommunications industries by retiring sprawling, monolithic ERP, HCM, CRM, and data systems and replacing them with modern, cloud platforms. Based in Melbourne, Australia, Shan loves combining deep technical knowledge of Software Engineering, Data and AI, with business strategy and commercial acumen. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family and is a mechanic, tinkerer, and hacker on classic cars, home automation, hydroponics, and other electronics which are in a constant state of iterative improvement.
Bobby Wu is the Head of Enterprise Architect at Workday for Asia. With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge from leading cloud-based business application and data analytics companies. At Workday, Bobby collaborates with business leaders and IT professionals to develop technology strategies that drive alignment with organizational goals.
As a dynamic Leader at Workday, Sanjay Nathoo spearheads the go-to-market strategy and sales execution for Workday Evisort, Workday Extend, and Workday Hiredscore. Sanjay brings a wealth of experience consistently demonstrating his ability to cultivate strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional value. He is dedicated to empowering businesses to transform their operations through Workday's cutting-edge platform and partner ecosystem.
