According to a new Gartner report, "When it comes to HCM technology, many organisations have ageing applications that do not meet current HR and organisational requirements.”1

As the nature of work continues to significantly change and strongly shift to more flexibility in the ways it is organised, business leaders are being encouraged to develop and regularly update an HCM technology strategy that better responds to the current and future demands of digital business.

HR leaders in particular need to understand how this change in work will impact their organisation’s structures and roles, transform processes, and affect the way work is done. They need to work with their IT counterparts to develop their future technology landscape.
