Executive Symposium EMEA
Executive Symposium at Workday Rising EMEA is an exclusive event designed for executives who are looking to lead and empower their organisations through the AI era and beyond.
This is an invitation-only event for senior leaders – your invitation is non-transferable. To join us, make sure to register. If you have any questions, email us at executivesymposiumemea@workday.events.
Workday upholds our core value of Integrity. As such, please let us know if you are not able to accept or you’re uncertain about accepting this invitation for any reason. Please confirm if you’re unable to participate in this event or similar events.
Executive Symposium EMEA takes place on Tuesday 17 November 2026, starting at 09:00 CET, and concludes at 17:00 CET (see agenda for full details). Executive Symposium registrants can also attend Workday Rising EMEA at no cost, including VIP seating for the main stage keynotes. Workday Rising EMEA runs through Thursday, 19 November 2026.

The dress code is business casual. While we do our best to control the temperature in conference rooms, we recommend that you bring a removable layer for your comfort.
Workday Rising EMEA
Workday Rising EMEA is the annual gathering of our community, including current customers, prospective customers, employees, sponsoring partners and more.
There’s no additional cost. Executive Symposium registrants can also attend Workday Rising EMEA, on us. Workday Rising EMEA runs through Thursday, 19 November 2026. Visit the Workday Rising EMEA website to view the full agenda.
If you are unable to accept the complimentary registration, there is an option to purchase pass(es) during registration.
At Workday Rising EMEA, we showcase our customers’ successes and highlight the latest use cases for our newest products and features. We also cover how we’re helping organisations everywhere lead their teams in a new work day. You won’t find innovation like this anywhere else.
Registration
Register as soon as possible. Space is extremely limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
We collect general contact information, as well as travel information and accommodation requests, to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
A Workday Digital ID will be required for registration. For new accounts, please select "Create Account" and register with the email address your invitation was sent to begin reviewing and completing your tasks.
If you have an existing Workday Digital ID, you can use your credentials to log in.

Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) is just a few kilometers from Barcelona, making it the main airport for arrival into the city.
Cancellation or change of travel reservations is the sole responsibility of the attendee.
