This track explores how customers are using Workday Financial Management and Workday Financial Performance Management to empower data-driven decision-making and streamline key finance and accounting functions, including financial planning, consolidations, management reporting, and more.

Human Resources

Attendees discover how organisations all over the world use Workday Human Capital Management to drive employee engagement, make strategic decisions based on actionable analytics, and devote more time to improving their businesses. These sessions provide deeper insights into all aspects of human capital management from planning and sourcing to development and succession.


This track explores essential technology topics including Workday Prism Analytics, architecture, embedded reporting and analytics, user experience, mobile, security, integration, data aging, deployments, and change management. 

Payroll and Workforce Management

Payroll and workforce optimisation is a top priority in today’s business environment. In this track, attendees learn about the holistic approach to workforce optimisation and how Workday Payroll and Workday Time Tracking can help streamline the entire hire-to-pay process, proactively manage risk, and encourage employee adoption with a mobile-first system.

Driving Excellence and Success

This track helps attendees understand how to optimise and maximise their Workday investment. These sessions cover best practices for change management, deployment, and user adoption.

Designed for people who are new to Workday or new to specific feature areas, these sessions highlight basic use cases, features, functions, and benefits.

These sessions are meant for experienced users with a deep understanding and knowledge of Workday features, configurations, and integrations. These sessions may be more technical and cover more-detailed use cases.
