Workday has impacted the way our business operates, so much so that it now contributes to our strategy going forward as it relates to growth, expansion, and new opportunities for our clients and employees.

Workday allows us to do a lot of things in human resources that we haven't been able to do to date. A major benefit is that we can move forward faster. We aren't bogged down by difficult and time-consuming upgrades.

Workday has enabled us to harness the power of big data, bringing to light valuable insights about our people. We have seen exceptional engagement and adoption from our workforce with Workday—truly transformational usage of HR technology within AstraZeneca.

There is a high desire for more Workday at Panera. In fact, we recently selected Workday Financial Management based on our [Workday] HCM project success.

Workday has allowed us to run our profit and loss statements, and even our other financials, by unit and by system.

If we can learn from Workday to solve some of healthcare's problems the way Workday has solved some of the ERP problems, we all benefit.

I now have the ability to go to a transactional-level tool that's able to provide analytics.

It's been great to have an HR and financial system unified.
