The new application is expected to provide pre-packaged analytics that enable customers to combine Workday data with third-party data sources of any type, including big data, all delivered in the cloud. Tightly unified with the entire Workday suite of enterprise cloud applications, Workday Big Data Analytics will empower human resources and finance organizations to make more informed business decisions based on a holistic view of worker and financial information combined with any third-party data with limited reliance on IT.

Transforming the Way Organizations Gain Access to Insights
With Workday Big Data Analytics, customers will gain entirely new levels of insights into their organizations. Workday Big Data Analytics incorporates Datameer’s Hadoop-driven analytics platform, which enables users to integrate, analyze, and visualize data of any type, size, or source.
