Workday recently spoke with several leading analysts in the areas of enterprise software and HR technologies to learn their views on what′s in store for HR technology in 2011. Some of this discussion was conducted in private interviews, while some of it took place during our “Predict And Prepare 2011” Webinar in December.
Participating analysts—including R “Ray” Wang, principal analyst and CEO at Constellation Research, Jason Averbook, CEO at Knowledge Infusion, and Jon Ingham, Executive Consultant at Strategic Dynamics Consultancy Services—had lots of opinions, naturally, and didn′t always share the same views. Yet much of the talk came back to three trends with a considerable amount of consensus:
Trend No. 1: Enterprises Embrace SaaS for HR Systems
Trend No. 2: HR Warms to Social Media
Trend No. 3: HR Discovers the Value of Data
We hope you′ll find the above articles and the views of these wise analysts informative and interesting, and would love to hear your comments on these HR technology trends and others in 2011.
Welcome to a brand New Year! We′re excited about 2011 at Workday, and hope you are, too.
