Mike Maszka

Mike Maszka leads Workday’s Professional Services organization and is responsible for Education, Deployment, and Integration Services. His team’s primary responsibility is to work with clients and partners to implement the Workday solution and ensure they are referenceable. 

Prior to joining Workday, Mike spent more than four years as the Vice President of Global Professional Services at RightNow Technologies. Before joining RightNow, Mike held similar positions at SeeBeyond and Evolve Software.

Between 1992 and 2000, Mike held several positions at PeopleSoft. Mike began his career as the first Account Manager in the Midwest region and was responsible for the successful implementation of many of PeopleSoft’s first financial and payroll clients. Mike then moved into Professional Services and managed the Midwest region before being asked to manage PeopleSoft’s North American Professional Services group. Under his leadership, the Professional Services group grew to approx 1,800 people and grew to $400 million in revenue.

Prior to PeopleSoft, Mike participated in a number of large-scale software implementation projects at Andersen Consulting.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from DePaul University.
